Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Lyper is operated by LIZIERO DIGITAL STUDIO LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 45.725.179/0001-82). Contact: contato@lyper.com.br. This policy explains what data we collect on lyperprep.com and the Lyper exam preparation service (the Service), why we collect it and the choices you have.
2. Data you give us
Email address, when you ask for launch updates or buy founding access. Purchase details, when you buy: your name, email and purchase status come to us from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Messages you send us by email.
3. Data collected automatically
Usage analytics: pages you visit, actions in the product (for example starting or finishing a practice test), your browser type, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to understand what works and to improve the Service. Your answers to practice questions are processed to build your results and study plan.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries for analytics and to remember your preferences. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not show ads.
5. How we use your data
To provide the Service, build your results and study plan, process payments, send the updates you asked for, answer your messages, keep the Service secure and improve it. We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every message includes a way to opt out.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers that run the Service for us: Stripe (payments), PostHog (product analytics), Vercel (hosting) and our email delivery provider. Each processes data under its own contractual obligations to us. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
7. International transfers
We operate from Brazil and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Wherever your data is processed, it stays protected under this policy.
8. Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form to measure the Service over time.
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you email. Depending on where you live (including Texas and other US states, and jurisdictions covered by the GDPR or the LGPD), you may have additional rights under local law. Email contato@lyper.com.br and we respond within 15 business days. We never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Children
The Service is for adults preparing for professional licensing exams. It is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we update the date below and, for material changes affecting customers, we notify you by email. The current version always lives at lyperprep.com/legal/privacy.
