Refund Policy

Pass Guarantee
Complete your plan and pass on the first attempt, or we refund you in full.
No fine print about watching every video, no minimum hours, no readiness score you have to hit before we honor it. These are the only conditions:
1. The exam happened after your purchase
The guarantee covers an exam attempt scheduled and taken after the date you bought founding access. It does not cover attempts that happened before you were a customer.
2. First attempt
The guarantee applies to your first attempt at the covered exam (Texas Life and Health) after purchase.
3. You completed your plan
Your study plan in Lyper reached its readiness milestone before exam day. There is no hour requirement and no video watching requirement; completing the practice your plan assigns is enough.
4. Official proof of the result
Attach the official Pearson VUE score report showing your name, the exam, the date and the result.
5. Within your access period
Request the refund while your 12 month access is active.
6. One refund per person
The guarantee can be used once per customer. The refund closes your access.
How to request
Email contato@lyper.com.br from the address on your account, with the subject "Pass Guarantee" and the official score report attached. We confirm within 3 business days and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
Other refunds
Changed your mind? Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not completed a full diagnostic plus a week of practice, email us and we refund you, no questions asked. Outside these two cases, purchases are final.
