1. Who we are
Lyper is operated by LIZIERO DIGITAL STUDIO LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 45.725.179/0001-82). Contact: contato@lyper.com.br. These terms govern your use of lyperprep.com and the Lyper exam preparation service (the Service).
2. What the Service is
Lyper is an exam preparation tool: practice questions, diagnostics, adaptive study plans and exam simulations for insurance licensing exams. Lyper is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Texas Department of Insurance, Pearson VUE, the NAIC or any government body or exam administrator. Our content is original and written from public official sources such as exam content outlines and state statutes.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email account secure, since we use it to identify you.
4. Founding access and payment
Founding access is a one time payment that grants access to the Service for the exam line purchased, for 12 months from the purchase date. Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
5. Pass Guarantee
If you complete your study plan and do not pass your licensing exam on the first attempt, we refund your purchase in full. The full conditions and the request process are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, scrape or systematically copy our question bank or any part of the Service; share your access with other people; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend access that violates this section, with a proportional refund of the unused period when the violation is not fraud.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including questions, explanations, software and branding, belongs to LIZIERO DIGITAL STUDIO LTDA. Your purchase grants a personal, non transferable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation, and nothing else.
8. What we do not promise
Preparation improves your odds; it does not replace your effort. Except for the Pass Guarantee refund, we do not promise any specific exam result. The Service is study material, not legal, financial or insurance advice. Exam rules, fees and formats belong to the exam administrator and can change; always confirm logistics with Pearson VUE and the state regulator.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or the outcome of your licensing process.
10. Privacy
We collect the minimum we need: your email, your answers inside the product and basic usage analytics. We use your email for the Service itself and for launch communication you opted into. We do not sell personal data. To access or delete your data, email contato@lyper.com.br.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to active customers. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds outside the Pass Guarantee are described in the Refund Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the company is registered. If a mandatory consumer protection rule of your state applies to you, nothing here limits it.
